What should I do??

Hello every one.

last night, I saw pups started crawling out the nest. Most of Kimmy's time is used to find pups and return them to nest, and sometime she ignores pups and takes rest.

Now, I want to know Shall I make a blocking in front of nest to make pups unable to come out??

I have added a low level water bottle and extra foods for pups now. Is there anything I should do and I didn't do??

and Kimmy's Cage smell bad, because I didn't clean the cage since 20 days ago, when Mating was done to reduce the stress.
Now pups are 9 days old. Can I push them out and clean the cage now??
(But I know I should put some old bedding to the nest after cleaning)
