Default hi, couple of questions if you dont mind

1) how old is the latest a male syrian can be bred, can they breed and successfully produce a litter even if they are 18months-2 years?

2) when is the best time to breed a syrian IE what season, like is it harder in winter and easier in summer or does it not matter?

thanks for any help offered
