Default The Squisheroos

Some you may already know of my plans, but I'm happy to announce that my first litter is hopefully on its way
I started showing at the end of last year and since then have been researching and thinking of my next step. After much consideration I've decided that now is the best time to start my own show lines. I will be breeding firstly for healthy and tame babies. As well as, to improve the winter white species and to create show worthy babies to start my own lines.

Squishy was introuduced to Rowena on the 7th of August and babies will be first expected at the end of this month!

Squishy is a (normal) pearl carrying sapphire from Mad about hamstery and will be 6 months old this month. He has such a fabulous temprement, good size and even if its not considered the best of colour by all judges, I love his almost pure white coat <3

Rowena is a sapphire from duncton hamstery and will be 12 weeks old tommorow. Again she has a wonderful nature, both cuddley and playful, she also has a lovely head which I hope to pass on to the babies. Shes quickly catching up on Squishy in size, although her colour isn't the best show wise.

In theory babies are expected to be 25% Pearl(normal, carrying sapphire), 25% sapphire pearl, 25% sapphire and 25% normal (carrying sapphire)

I intend to keep a few babies I feel are best for show (and any that steal me heart ) and the rest will be rehomed to pet homes. Of which a friend is already looking to have 1 or 2.

And now for piccies
The introduction went well, despite some intital screeching from Roo who was a bit nervous of Squishy. But Squishy was completely laid back and was a complete gentleman to Roo.
When first introduced (lots of food spread about)

Exciting!

With parents as gorgeous as those two, you're going to have some stunning babies on your hands.

YAY! At last we will have a litter of WW babies on the forum. Apologies if there has been before, but not while I have been a member. Can't wait!

So great, how they got on. Will you be able to put Squishy back in with Squirt? Or do you think that's not possible now?
