I don't think you have dom spot as all your babies would be dom spot, most likely broken bands hope they are all healthy x

Goodness, breeder were you talking to? As I've stressed you with on several occassions, you need to learn about genetics BEFORE you breed, not after the fact. Especially when working with pet store lines in an area where the Whitebellied gene is known to be present, you could easily end up with Anophthalmic Whites. There is no such pattern or gene called Speckled.

Dominant Spot can not be carried. It is a dominant gene and a hamster either has it or not. Without knowing what the father is, I would assume the DS gene came from the mother and that she's not a true Black Eyed White but a Dominant Spot Cream, Yellow, Yellow Black or Sable. A true Black Eyed White is a Black Eyed Cream that's also homozygous Silver Grey. Of course, she could still have the Whitebellied gene as well.

I am on topic, you're trying to figure out where the DS came from. The father can not produce DS pups if he is not DS!! It is a dominant gene. How could you have not heard of a DS Cream? Patterns, with the exception of the Wh mutations, are independant of color.

Here's a Black Eyed Cream Dominant Spot:

Please, take a look at the Syrian Genetics Tutorial. All the information that you need to be a knowledgable breeder is right there.
