Her cage atm is just a bin cage with a dark ventilated lid so the cage itself is dark but i'll cover some of it with towel anyway

well..she's taken half of her new 'nesting material' and moved it underneath her water bottle and is passed out asleep. i guess i'll take the oppurtunity to go to sleep myself, lol...i guess it's silly trying to wait it out...but i so desperately wanted to know when it happened. but, hopefully i'll wake up to the squeaks of new pups!

Aww no ...it draws all the water out and makes the bedding soaking - not ideal for pups They always do that. Can you move the bottle? You'll have to stop it soaking the bed somehow.

ahhh >.< mimi whos in her smaller cage now has her bed riiiight by the bottle aww need to move her bottle then i guess, took me ages to attatch onto her bin lol

Is that fluffy bedding? Get rid of the lot right now if it is. It can be fatal to pups as it tangles around limbs and necks. It is also unsuitable for adults as they can swallow it and cause a blockage.
So clean now and give ripped white loo roll. No small bed houses as that litter will not fit in one. A Large cardboard box or a shelf over a corner is perfect. No more photos or handling now and leave her very strictly alone.

Yeaaah, i agree totally with Souffle the fluffly bedding most likely would result in injury and/or death. But she is most definately pregnant! Good luck xx

i jiust woke up and peaked in through the lid...taffy was under her bottle with a bunch of babies between her legs...i saw at least 3 or so heads waving around like mad. SO TINY will keep everyone posted..soon as she's not in labor naymore i will certainly move the bottle..wish me luck everyone ansd taffy!
