Default chewing bars

hi, im new to this and just want to give my Syrian hamster (Brie) the best life I can. I got her from Pets at home about a week ago, they didn't say how old she was but I assume still a couple of weeks since she was housed with other hamsters.

I bought her the largest cage from them I could otherwise the seller wouldn't let me buy her (the Savic Plaza 100 Rat & Syrian Hamster Cage) because I know how much space they need. she has loads of hides and toys and chew sticks, some dangling from the ceiling and also mineral blocks she can chew.
I scatter her food like you're supposed to but also have some in a pile since she's just a baby I don't want to make anything too difficult for her (she's my first time hamster).
the first couple of nights she chewed a hole in the back of one of her hides but it is hamster safe sold by pets at home, so I can understand why she's chewed it because she might want an entrance hidden from me she can access her home.

she's recently started chewing the metal bars and I'm no sure how to get her to stop, if anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears please, I'm scared of her injuring herself or god forbid getting out of the bars.

I do stroke her when I can, she's still a bit skittish with me and I am waiting for a play-pen to arrive so I can fill that with toys for her to play but in the meantime I have her a ball she can explore in. I know they're not the best for hamsters but I figure she's best having some supervised time in there than being stuck in her cage.

I apologise for this being so long, im just new to this and im concerned for my little hammy baby and just want the best for her (and me since she likes to do this when im sleeping>) any and all help is much appreciated thank you
