Default accidentally scared new hamster

Hello! I recently got a new Robo hamster and I set up her cage but she seemed to be hiding a lot and burrowing which I know is perfectly normal for hamsters, however, I read that sometimes keeping a low amount of bedding in for the first weeks can help socialize them and familiarize them with you. Tonight I was removing some of the bedding from my hamster's enclosure and I scared her I did not mean to and tried to remove it strategically but i can tell she is scared. What should I do? Would leaving her alone for 3 more days help her readjust and will the taming processes be horrible or impossible now that this has happened? should I add bedding back in when shes asleep tomorrow? I left a good chunk of bedding in the corner she likes to sleep in untouched so will that help her?
