Default Same or different toy?

I do have three little ones now, the latest one did come from a home wheere the owner were going on a trip/holiday.

My question is: do I need a toy for each hamster, or can I use the same when they are in the playpen? Offcourse not togheter in the playpen.

My hamsters share toys like tubes, wheels etc when in the playgroud but i use washable toys and wash them from time to time.

I would say depends on the hamsters and if you have females and males, but as a general rule mine share when free roaming (individually).

I agree with the other two comments. All I will add is that one of my Hamsters as a strange love for this wooden dun bell! she picks it up like a dog and carries it like a dog. If I move it she takes it straight back. So my only advise is that if one of your Hammys has a real favourite toy don't put it in as something to share, there maybe a scuffle!
