Chew Sticks
So I have had Lola now since April 21st. She’s just not interested in the chew sticks i got her. That worries me cause I know a hamsters teeth are constantly growing. What can I give her to chew on?

Re: Chew Sticks
Dandelion root is a good one to try too. My Syrian loves that one, my robo not so much.

Re: Chew Sticks
I had a similar thing with Mocha in the beginning. When I got him he wasn't chewing on any wooden toy I provided, but when I found out his favorite flavors (it being fruit, veggie or other) I would rub in that 'scent' or flavor onto his wooden chew toys and it worked to get him started.

Re: Chew Sticks
One of the first things my new boy did was to drag a willow chew stick in through the door of his house, he even tried to get the whole thing in there (it’s about 10 inches long)! It was quiet funny watching him try. Anyway, he likes to hide away in his house and chew on the end of the stick, you could perhaps try leaving a stick at the door of your hammie’s house or somewhere they can hide and chew at the same time.
