Default Today I Learned: Hamsters throw poop

So I'm watching the hamster eat from the bowl. I notice there are some pieces there underneath. Suddenly... picks it up and throws three or four pieces.

Was a bit entertained to see this.

I know chinchillas can throw poop, in fact they can throw it at you if they're upset apparently. Never seen my hamsters throw poop. Must keep an eye out for that hehe

My Syrian Henry is another poop thrower, especially when in a strop. Seems to be a Syrian thing though, never seen any of my dwarfs doing it. They're more into bulldozing through the substrate.
