Congrats on getting your two dwarf hammies. As they just arrived in their forever home today, they should be just fine and exploring their cage. Some hams do that when they first come home, others explore other areas of their cage, some sleep, etc. As long as they have a large enough cage, this should settle down some as they become more familiar with everything and you. I would just make sure they have enough food, water, hiding places, and substrate; then, I would just give them time to settle in. Btw, you may also want to do the tissue trick so they will become familiar with your scent and speak to them calmly and softly so they get used to your voice. Doing these two things will make the taming process a whole lot easier for all of you.
