Although she isnt sleeping, it sounds like something my syrian, Bella, does. Bella is terrified of everything. I take one step near her cage (she doesnt realise its me she just hears footsteps) and she flips onto her back and plays dead. She has had so much practice now she has it down to a fine art haha

Awww hahaha bless her!! hamsters are literally the strangest little creatures, owning two has really been a learning curve, I never knew such little creatures could have such big personalities!
