Syrian and his sand box
So I officially gave Herman a sand box to play in after testing him out on a plate of sand. He loves his sand box.
So much so that he digs and plays in it about 1/4 of his awake time. (1/2 of his awake time is spent on his wheel).
Should I take away his sand box?

Re: Syrian and his sand box
That's fine, if he's enjoying it leave it be, it's not going to do any harm & it's probably still a bit of a novelty so that might be why he's using it so much.

Re: Syrian and his sand box
Okay so when he gets bored of it I'll switch it out with a new toy. Thank you.
P.s. I did not mean to duplicate this thread

Re: Syrian and his sand box
I wouldn't switch it out if he begins to use it less, he'll still need it & you don't need to change things in the cage.
