Default Any tips with hand feeding and toys

Hey guys, so I have had my hamster for almost a week now (I got her on last Tuesday the 27th) and I am slowly starting with the taming process. My hamster is a shorthaired banded Syrian and she is very timid. I have let her settle in with the new environment for a few days and I'm currently hand feeding her right now. I do need a bit of help because my hamster has been taking the treats out of my fingertips but when I tried placing my hand flat and adding a treat on the very tip of my fingers, she hisses and runs away. I also have provided my hamster with toys which she has been playing with thankfully, but after a few minutes she does not seem interested in them. Thank you
