Default Blocking tube with bedding.

My Syrian Berry keeps blocking the tube with his bedding which leads to the top of his cage where his water is.I am worried about him not being able to access his water as the bottle is a built in one which has to be in the top level.I clear it every a ening when he is in his play own but he has always done it again over night.Any ideas what to do?

Which cage do you have?
If water is on an upper level only accessible via the tube you simply can't resolve the issue, most hams will block tubes at least some of the time & you can't stop them.
Water needs to be easily accessible at all times.
Ideally you want a cage with one large floor space then optionally a shelf or two that they can easily climb onto either from the substrate or using something like a bendy bridge so you may want to have a think about getting a different cage unless you can remove the tube & make access easier.

Could you add a second water bottle on the bottom level? As cypher says they need access to water at all times and you also need to consider when he gets older that he may not be able to go up the tube anymore so something needs sorted out soon. For now you can use a bowl of water on the bottom level. Even with a tank type cage there are ways of fixing a water bottle at the lower level such as using a free standing bottle holder or vecro to attach a bottle or you can drill or melt a hole to push the spout through so that you can attach a second bottle. Tubes get stuffy so keep emptying it and try and work out an alternative access route to the upper shelf.

I have a lazy bones cage the type that can have levels added to.I will have to add a second bottle on the level he sleeps on as like you all say he needs his water access at all times, silly hamster.
