Hamster Ball
I got my hamster Stiggy a runner ball last week. What i do is i lift him up (if i can i've only had him a week) or when he goes in his tunnel i tip him on my hand and into the ball and give him a treat. i let him roll around and then i put the ball on my lap and stroke/hand treats and stuff whilst hes in the ball and then let him carry on running around. i was wondering if this was a good idea as when i hold him he trys to jump out and this way he cant get out. if he starts to scramble up the sides i let him run round as i know hes probably trying to get out. but do you think i should keep doing this untill he will stay on my hands without trying to jump off all the time?
