Unhappy Still scared :(

I posted a question on Evie about two weeks ago but her behaviour still hasn't changed...
So I got my little Russian Evie about 3 or 4 weeks ago now and I know this isn't long but she is really conserning me... Evie is a very hard one to figure out. She sleeps and day AND all night, I know this because I put substrate and a pumpkin seed on her wheel, sand pit and balence it in curtain places in her cage then take a photo.... The next morning I then take another photo and compare the two and nothing ever changes! The only way I know she is eating and drinking is because I see her when I am out of sight of the cage but if she sees me looking at her she runs back in her hideout.
If I lift her hidout then she will take treats from my fingertips but never comes out. I chose to take Evie home because I put my hand in the cage at the pet shop and she hopped right on and I noticed she had a hole in her left ear, so assumed she had been fighting with the hamster she was with, but I fear that me splitting them up has caused her anxious behaviour....
The reason I'm so concerned is because I adopted another hamster about a week after Evie and she is already tame where as Evie isn't even close.
Should I take her to the vets? Do you think she could be missing her sister? Depressed even?
Thanks for everyone's replays in advance

A couple of things not to worry about first!
She won't be bothered about being split up from her sister, depressed or lonely because she's now on her own, they do fine alone so that wouldn't be part of the problem.
All hams vary in how long it takes to tame or bond with them so just because she's much slower than your other ham doesn't mean you won't get there.
The most nervous ham I've ever had just screamed at me for a few weeks but eventually became the most cuddly little fur ball I ever had so never give up on them becoming tame!
What kind of set up does she have & what part of the house is she in? Do you think there could be something there making her nervous? Anything in the cage that could possibly be bothering her? Any other animals?
Did you do the tissue trick?
Sorry for firing off questions but the more info we have the more likely it is we might be able to help.
If she's eating & drinking ok then it seems fairly unlikely that she's unwell although not even coming out to take treats at night is a bit strange.
If she's taking treats from you when you lift her hideout it's a good sign & doesn't sound as though it's you she's really nervous about, all the same I would continue with the tissue trick & just spend lots of time talking to her & try to coax her out with treats if you can but don't do it for too long or you could just stress her out more.

just to add, did you give her a week or two to settle in? Have you tried to handle her at all? As Cypher was saying more info would be good.
