Its weird she's even biting your legs, all my hams have bitten me fairly gently and occasionally hard if they were scared and it was always because I was going a bit quick for them. One of my dwarfs will randomly get dominating and aggressive if my hand is in his space but I can see it coming in his eyes and get out of the way! A month is no time at all,maybe just back off a bit till she comes willingly to you and is happy to sniff and climb on you on her own terms.
