Forever chewing

Hello all its been some time since i've been on here..
CreamPuff is still here 1 and half years on and me and my mum are at breaking point with the wee hammie.

She's been living in a glass tank after making here way through 4 plastic cages, She constantly chews everything. My friend was like you have to let her out and make sure shes not bored.. i have given this hamster plenty of toys to what she has ruined for gnawing on to her content even the ball lock tabs have had a go at too.

I'm more worried as i have to go on holiday for a week in 2 weeks time and she doesnt have a water bottle(chewed), Only a dish to which we have to give her fresh water regularly due to it saw dust (and other things she wants to float in it) but we have no one to do it continuously.

We're stuck at what to do. I'm thinking of buying another bottle but im worried she will ruin it again. Least it would be changed daily by a family friend daily..

Any advice would be great even with chewing..

Hi there. Do you have pictures of her setup? Did you put the wire mesh on the inside or outside?

If she doesn't chew the bottle spout, what about a glass bottle?

You might want to look into glass bottles, like Kyrill said. I use the Super Pet Chew Proof bottle and it works fine with my chew happy ham.

I'll give the glass bottles a go. She ruined the plastic and the metal bit as well.. it kept leaking badly as she chewed at it.
