Default Do you think they can be tamed?

So we recently saw an ad in Craigslist with some dwarf hamsters. Now, my first reservation is that these have all been together for so long, lord knows if they are all pregnant again, and by siblings.

BUT, The person says they are not nice. Do you think the younger ones still have a chance? I am entertaining this because a) I feel really bad for the poor things stuck in a small cage, all together. and b) because there are some really pretty colors in there! (But that really is a side note).
Am I correct in assuming I see an Opal and a black? Are these Campbells? (Or the darn hybrids as we pretty much have in the states)

Since the link was removed by an admin - sorry I assumed since it is an option to ad a link, it was OK to do so, here is a picture from the ad.

I think most hamsters can be tamed if given the TLC they need I have not had problems taming any rescue hamster

I'm with Susie.. Any hamster can be tamed it just takes patience and time... They may be a hamster that's tolerates being handled or one that loves it..
I have a rescue hamster called Mitch and apart from being a bit timid he is amazing (again thanks to Sandti for finding him and his brother on gum tree).

I think they're hybrid but obviously very strong Campbell's genes with those colours! I see opals blacks and an agouti!

Taming - I've taken on hybrids that weren't handled and eventually got them tame :

I cant see why they wouldn't be able to be tamed, They may just take some time and effort I have almost tamed a Syrian rescue who would screech if I went just near to the cage, it has just taken a few months It will be up to them how 'tame' they are. They can be tame as in don't bite you when handling and are ok with it which is where I would aim for or there is tame in that they love to be handled, its totally up to the individual ham

I would assume they are hybrids you can never be sure unless you know the breeder they came from.
