Default 2 Hamsters?

Hey everyone,
So yesterday I went to the pet store to buy Panda some new toys and treats and I saw the sweetest hamster I have ever seen and just had to buy him.

I bought him a new cage and he is separated from Panda, and I know not to put them together (they are both males).

Im just wondering, once I have tamed Milo, can I take them out together? Or will they fight. Milo is a teddy bear hamster (the same as Panda) but he is about 2x the size as Panda is. Im worried that once he is tame and if I attempt to take them out together they will fight
Is it just in the cage where they are territorial?

Any advise?
Or should I just keep them separated for the rest of their lives.

No, unfortuneatley they have to stay sepearate for the rest of their lives. They are solitary animals and must be kept this way. They will almost certainly fight, and it is not unusal for them to fight to the death.

You pretty much make a system. Clear a window of time for them both. I've always had two hamsters, except for right now, so I guess that's all there is to it.

Okay, so its not unusual.
I just had a feeling that I was the only one to keep them separated

Yes all mine are seperated. They are on a big shelving unit, but each cage has its own shelf so they can not see each other at all.

I simply get one out for cuddles and a run, put them back, wash my hands and then on to the next one and so on!

Sometimes they will go out in there ball at the same time, each hamster must have a seperate ball, but you have to be careful that one doesnt trap or harrass the other.

Right now Panda knows and can hear Milo, should I separate the cages into different rooms? One cage is on my dresser and Pandas is in the corner on a smaller table

No there is no need to put them in different rooms. All three of mine are in the same room just in different areas.

This just reminds me of some sort of gladiator situation and then I picture hamsters garbed out in gladiator gear battling it out with swords and axes in the Colosseum. *cue kittens*
