I don't know his exact age, but he is fairly young and fairly agile, when he wants to be, it may be as someone else suggested, that he hasn't encountered a wheel before, but he has sat in it, But prefers to chew it!

His non use of the wheel is highlighted by my robo's constant use of the wheel.
