I don't know my hamsters age.

I own a syrian male hamster and when I got him I was never told his age :( is there any way for me to know? He doesn't seem very energetic no matter how many toys I put in for him, so maybe not super young. He looks so tiny but i've also never seen an older one in person.

Can you show me a photo? if your hamster is small maybe it's malnourished or just really young, most pet stores sell them young! sadly there is no way to know you're hamster's age.

about the energy hamsters are nocturnal and you may not see them play or be active most of the time, if that's not the case then you should try doing some research and observe your hamster as much as possible.
