Message box full how to delete

I have deleted my inbox but cant work out how to delete sent messages ...help

at the top there is a bar with like a chart line (red yellow and green) of how much is in it. Underneath it will say Jump to folder and that will be set to Inbox- click on the little down arrow next to inbox and it will drop down a box where you can select sent messages and they it will move to the sent messages folder and you delete them the same as the Inbox
