Is a foot tall enough? Should they be taller?

I would make the sides a bit higher than your hamster is long.

Hamsters can jump! And are very ingenious and sneakily move things to get them higher too :D

He won't be in it unsupervised. But I just want to make sure it's tall enough that he won't immediately try to get out of it xD

Please let me know which one you guys think is most suitable size wise. I'm having a hard time figuring out how large the playpen should actually be!

90cm in width

This one is the same but comes in 3 additional sizes; 100cm, 130cm, and 150cm.

I'm assuming bigger is better?

I always aim for 60cm / 2ft high as this seems to be pretty secure and yet it's low enough to step over! :p

I use Correx for my play pens - I'd be wary about thinner plastic getting gnawed through but if you're supervising it should be ok I would think.

I bought the biggest one. I need something that folds up flat for easy storage. But he will only be in under constant supervision ^.^
