Does anyone happen to have a pic of a size comparison between a Campbell's Dwarf and a Syrian hamster?
I own 2 Dwarf fluffs (Syrup & Snowe), and my brother had Syrian's in the past and I honestly don't remember the Syrian being that much bigger than my dwarf's are now.
Of course, I could just be remembering wrong, I must've been around 8 or 9 at the time :)

Here's a size comparison chart. The Syrian is first, then Chinese, then winter white/Campbell's (technically winter white, but they're similar sizes), and then a robo. You might have big dwarfs and your brother might have had a small Syrian. Have you weighed your dwarfs?

Woah, really? My Chinese is significantly smaller than my Campbells ever were. I guess he's just tiny, haha.

Syrians are a lot bigger! When people post the weight of their syrians I'm often thinking that one syrian weighs more than my 3 dwarfs (2 hybrids & 1 Chinese) put together!

There's a photo of a Syrian and a winter white here: https://www.facebook.com/southernhamsterclub/photos/pb.111636952181574.-2207520000.1428683469./952790468066214/?type=3&theater

They are the dwarf and Syrian best in shows so are bigger than a pet shop ham :)

Thanks for that link, souffle - great shot of the best in show hams. Lovely to see them side-by-side like that.

My little Bracken, will always be a teeny, tiny fluff, in comparison. ;)

It's funny, when I see Syrians now I think they look huge but when I used to keep them as pets as a child they didn't seem all that big. I guess it's all relative to what you're used to seeing.
