I've recently introduced my rehomed Syrian to a wheel, she is 10 months old and I don't think had used one before. After her initial delight, when she seemed to want to tell me how fun it was, she now chatters her teeth after using it. A bit weird? She hops straight on again tho'!

Could it just be an expression of excitement?

Chattering can often be happy excitement. Sometimes, in Pooky's case it goes beyond that and means, 'guess who forgot to take their lithium this morning and is now TOO TOO HAPPY about EVERYTHING!

Twinkle my youngest does it' at first I thought she was cold - just kidding!
That's what it means when I do it lol!

Hey that's good news my ham is happier than I thought! I despaired of getting her to settle with me n act 'normal'. Mind u she has completely ignored me the last two days and gone back to hiding when I come in so its two steps forward one step back. Hey ho...
