Is it possible for hybrid dwarf hamsters to live in pairs when they are older?
Some people say that they need to be seperated when they get older because they need their own space.

Is it better to get 2 dwarfs instead of 1. They are naturally social.... :)

Unless you have some experience with dwarfs I'd really recommend just getting one. They live happily on their own & don't need the company of other hamsters.
It is possible to keep a pair of siblings from birth but they may fall out & fight at any age, it can be very unpredictable & you have to be prepared to separate them if they fall out as they can fight to the death.

Just get the one, unless you're prepared to buy 2 of everything. Like cypher said about them falling out, once they start to fight they must be seperated right away!

i will probably get one. I dont want to let one of the hamster's lives be in danger if they do fight.

Your proflile pic is cute! Is that your hamster? (cypher)
