Hamster tilts head?

So basically my 2yr 21 days old Syrian hamster tilts head down as if he's going to fall asleep and then it comes back up

He only does this when he is awake at nightime



Is this normal behaviour or is something wrong?

He may have had a slight stroke at some time which has left him with this or also ear infections can cause a head tilt. If he is showing any other signs it is worth having the vet check him though in case it is an ear problem that could be treated
