Hello everyone!

I recently started drawing again having not drawn properly since I took GCSE art back in 2007. I wanted to draw Noah one day so thought I would give it ago and my renewed interest sort of started from there :)

I am self taught and mainly use pencils (mechanical and 'normal') but have used coloured pencils too.

Yes, but they have only been from family and friends. One day I am hoping to start drawing part time or something but, if not, it's still a great hobby. I have had a couple of requests via Facebook though which has been lovely :D

These are brilliant! I did GCSE art and then A level art but didn't take it any further than that which I sometimes wish I had. You work brilliantly with pencil and should definitely continue doing what you do, don't waste that talent :)

The drawing of Noah is fab!! Very lifelike... My mum painted a picture of one of my syrians - Bazal - (sadly no longer with us), and its a great memory for me :)

racinghamster, I am still working on Mylo :) Had to put him on hold though as the drawing of the Jack Russell was for my Nan and she was only down for a few days. I'm going to draw all my hams eventually and hopefully make a little money from drawing for other people :)

Wilko's. They are really good quality and the look really nice too :) I would recommend buying one with a picture mount as it sets the drawing off nicely. These ones are good:
