Silent Spinner...bouncy?

Ok...so maybe my dwarf, Smudge, is just a little chunker, but does anyone else have an issue with their Silent Spinner bouncing when their ham is running on it? It's not the acutal stand that is bouncing...it's the wheel itself. She can't get going at mock speed any more because the wheel bounces too much. Maybe it's come loose or something?? Anyone know of a fix for this issue?

Gizmo's FS bounced when he first got it. To stop the vibrations we took the wheel on the spindle and poured a small amount of olive oil into the spindle hole and then replaced the wheel onto the base. Now when your hammy runs there will be a cushion of oil to stop the wheel vibrating and it should run nice and silently. Hope this helps.
