I heard this was ok so ive been giving it to felix and he seems to like it. Is it true it is ok for hams?

Yup, is actually good for their coats :)

Linseed is usually found in many millet seed mixes, especially Canary mix. It`s a small, shiny brown seed and a good addition to their diet. I wouldn`t add it seperately in large amounts though as it can have a laxative effect!

A `few` isn`t a large amount, so don`t worry! Linseeds are very small.
