Dear HC hamsters (and humans too I guess)

So I've been sleepy and mommy posts on here that she thinks I am feeling poorly. Ok, so maybe I don't like eating but mommy doesn't need to worry about me! Anyway, to prove to mommy that I am ok look at this

So yeah, ok, she did tempt me out of bed with some kitty biscuits and they are just SO yummy that I just could not resist. BUT as you can see I pouched up my food too :) (You liking my Christmassy bowl?!). So yeah, mommy, I am feeling a little better. Though I think I'll just snooze for a while before I eat. Because collecting all that food was SUCH hard work!

So thankyou all for your lovely messages. I think my mommy worries too much ...

What you need to do is to empty the bowl and then hide it in the bottom of your bed. Don't touch the water. You never have to get out of bed then, plus you get cucumber and melon given to you 'cos she thinks you're not drinking. If you stay in bed long enough you get baby porridge and tasty fresh treats.

I don't do any of this. I just let Dusty do all the work and I reap the rewards. Mummy always treats us the same so what he gets, I get as well.

It helps me a lot... Hope it helps you too... Try thinking and focussing on positive and calming images while breathing... Like a field with flowers and such... Do not let anything distract you...

I do find though Galaxy and Buttons go through phases of one day eating lots and another day not that! A full bowl can last them a week! They do have such tiny tummies
