Happy Birthday, Miss Lucy!

My Little Oldie is 2 today!

Who would have thought!! She's certainly surprised me, with her long history of chronic kidney disease and all. But she's doing great!

Here she is when I first brought her home at ~5.5 months old:

By the way, those milky white circles are not actually cataracts as I originally thought. As explained by my vets, cataracts would be invisible and farther behind - these are from liquid accumulation due to various factors such as dehydration (which is understandable with her kidney condition and aging).

Anyway, tonight there will be hamster cookies for everyone and more photos!

Edit: Max getting one of the Cookies... didn't quite get him to sit and eat it in front of the camera =/ Hamilton pretty much did a grab-and-hide-where-I-can't-take-it-back thing, so that video came out very short! Everyone else is still sleeping.

Awww love those new pics! Hugo still thinks Lucy is a stunning little girl. :) Love the little vid of Max. Don't they crack you up? Going down the tube then all the way back up just to go down the ladder. Hams are crazy! :)
