We are thinking about going on the road full time in a few years. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on traveling with hammies, or should I just not have one when we hit the road. We will be traveling full time in a motorhome. I would love to take my ham with us, but I'm just not sure. I am sure Sipsy will have passed on by then, but I want get another one. Any sugestions? thanks.

If it's a motorhome then you should be okay... it's not like the ham will be physically 'moved' anywhere different.

I would just say that the water bottles leak when the cage in moving so you may have to change to a bowl or just remove the bottle when actually moving. You can put cucumber in to give some water :) ALso remove anything heavy that might crush them.

Cool, thanks everyone. I am really starting to love hams, and want to keep having them. But yeah we would probably stay put for about 1-3 months at a time. Depending on where we are at. Cool. Again, thanks everyone.
