well my sister brought a hamster a few months ago which is supposedly a boy but which to me looks more like a girl. Any help would be great.

Its a syrian hamster. Thanks agatecrystal thats really helpfull. I am going over to my mums house on Saturday so will have a look at the hamster then.

Well I had a look and it is a girl!!!! Fantastic petshop as she came from a tank which was all supposed to be males!!

Very typical of a pet shop lol. EDIT: apart from the one i work at ;)
