We'll be going to the North Somerset show on Monday 5th.
I know a lot of you will be going to Burghley House (too far for us), but anyone else planning on coming to this one?

Still not sure. We won't be going to Burghley so should go to this one. Trouble is Mark really hates this show and it is a bit of a pain to get to.

He gets very bored. There are no sales so he doesn't know what to do with himself!!
It is an agricultural show but we live in the country so farm animals are not exactly a novelty for us!

Yes, please explain Sue - why does he hate it and how bad is it to get to??
I was hoping as it's only North Bristol, that it was going to be one of the easier one's to get to :?
(Note to Molly - did I say you could come?? LOL  - better start on that washing up!! - also, what are you doing on the computer at this time of night - you wouldn't see me setting a bad example like that    )

Although it is theoretically North Bristol you then have to drive for miles and miles down country lanes. :(

And if it is wet you will be knee deep in bright red mud and struggle to get the car up the muddy field.

It's ok Sue - at least your not making it sound brilliant so that we all go and then find out the truth. Don't worry - I'll drag mum along if I have too :D

I'm sure I won't take much dragging.
We have to experience all these things at least once!

Aw, you haven't lived until you have tried to drive the car out of a red muddy field at least once. :P
And - it might be a gorgeous sunny day.
Having said that, not sure if we are coming - I will have to smile nicely at other half.

OH's and parents can be such killjoys. if only my dad would agree to live in a tent, i could turn the whole house into a hamstery. i don't see that as too unreasonable
