Plastikote on Karlie Wonderwheel

Has anyone used plastikote on a Karlie Wonderwheel? Is it safe? My new adoptee seems to be a chewer so she might go overboard with the 29cm wheel!

I assume the plastikote is the best thing to use on untreated wooden shelves?

I remember seeing a thread where Womblehands plastikoted Peekio's Wonderland wheel yellow and it worked well :) Plastikote is completely safe for hamsters otherwise we wouldn't use it ;) And yes, you can also plastikote wooden shelves too :D

Thanks Charley and cheers for the link. I just wasn't sure that plastikote was 100% safe but I thought I'd read that a few people had used it.
