Kind of hamster(s): Female Chinese hamster.
Hamster age(s): Roughly 6 months.
Reason they were abandoned? I will be moving back out in August and won't have the space to take a hamster with me I'm afraid.
Any health problems/special needs? She has been drinking a lot more water lately so I suspect she has developed diabetes.
Any behavioral problems?: No.
Type of household hamster would best be suited to: someone who has experience of chinese dwarfs/hams with diabetes.
