I see he can get up his ramps just fine now. I wonder what its like for him having been kept cooped up for so long to have such a luxurious, spacious cage? Hopefully he has forgotten all about his little cage. He looks very happy anyway Catja, he was really lucky you saw him.

its a fantastic home for a very special little hamster. He looks very contented (and why wouldnt he with someone to bring him meals like spaghetti and his own mansion.

My house is very small and I get no exercise - do you fancy adopting me??? :wink:

Think I would be quite happy to move into the HH myself :D

Desi isn't so fond of the tunnels though, he hasn't had tunnels before and if I put him in the top of the cage so he has to go down them, he clicks his teeth all the way down and then does a hammy version of sitting with his arms crossed staring at me crossly, so now I know that he knows where they are I have left him too it :lol:

I'm thinking of getting this cage for my new girl, Tinkerbell, but am not so sure now as she's been bar gnawing in the cage she's currently in (it's only a temporary cage, until I can decide whether to get her a HH or a Zoozone 2 really....).

I'm not sure what to do, she wasn't bar gnawing to start with but she is now. I do so like the HH but it's more important that she will like it too! :P

Herbert has an 'attitude' too, he was gnawing the bars (he only has a little barred section in his top cage, his main cage is a Zoozone) in protest last night as I didn't give him any fresh food. John says he came upstairs this morning, sat next to his 'fresh food' bowl and virtually glowered at him! :lol: Bad mummy that I am...... :roll:

Aww, its great to see him so happy now! He is a very handsome man and I hope he likes his new cage! :D
