Where to find/buy/rescue in the Leicester area?

Hello,

We're looking for some Russian hamsters. They will be our first dwarfs, although we have had Syrians before.

We've got a cage all set up and ready and just need the hammies to go in!

Does any one know of anywhere 'suitable' to get them from in the Leicester area? Also, can anyone give any advice as to the best number to keep? - They would not be used for breeding so would need to be same-sex.

I've given some links to hamster clubs in your introductory post that may be able to let you know about breeders in your area. the only breeder I know is definitely in Leicester is Holly on the forum, but she is a syrian breeder.
