Hiya! =)
I just brought Buttons a 110L bin cage and also a 32L one to go on top.
I wanted her to have two levels in her 110L cage but can't find a way to do this? Does anyone have any ideas? I want it to be quite a big second level?
I seen a picture somewhere where someone has used like a really mini, short table?

Also
I need to connect the two bin cages together which is why I was going to do a second level in the 110L one so she doesn't have many tubes (She tries to turn around in them if they are long!)
If I can't do this does anyone have any ideas how I can join them together without using more than 2/3 tubes? It's like 40cm tall :/

Great idea to add a second storey, but maybe having two bins the same size (for example, one BIN would naturally sit inside the other stacked) so there would be no need to use screws or other attachments? Then all you would have to do, is cut carefully a hole in the bottom of the upper BIN for a wide wooden log ramp or a wide tube to be fitted through for safety. BIN cages are best when the front is cut away and a mesh panel screwed on with small screws , washers and nuts. A bottle can then be hung from the front and you can see your hamster inside. :)

I`m sure there are instructions on here on how to make a BIN cage? I have a print out of it before the forum changed hands, but I`m not sure if the link is still available? Maybe someone with more knowledge on how to navigate can help you with that!

Lots of people use the Trixie guinea pig shelters, e.g.:
Guinea Pig Shelter With Stairs Natural Wood 37x17x28cm: Amazon.co.uk: Pet Supplies (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Guinea-Shelter-Stairs-Natural-37x17x28cm/dp/B000WFFZ94/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1325267285&sr=8-1)
They come in various configurations, with and without steps, and if they are too tall you can cut down the legs with a saw.

Here's the link to the Wiki page on making a bin cage:

Thanks =)
I know how to make a bin cage as she currently has one for an extension =)

I sadly already brought the one to go on top as it was the only one which would fit under my shelf but on top of her cage (if that makes sense) so can't put one in the other

I won't be doing the mesh idea though as I am moving her out of current cage because of chewing and if I use mesh it means I can't put any toys near the window =(

Have been looking for hours now so might just get the trixie roof shelter, only thing is I won't get it till end of next week (delivery) and I was hoping to do it before I go back to work and get her out of this cage as she is bar chewing a lot =(

What I did with Dinah's viv was to get a pine shelf (or you could use a wooden chopping board) and then kept it in place with those tension rods you use for net curtains. Not sure if it would work with a bin cage, though, as the plastic would probably give.

Could you maybe ring round all your local pet shops in the morning (you should be able to get a list on yell.com) to see if they stock the shelters?

Ahh that sounds like a good idea but I agree, don't know if the plastic would hold.
I only have pets at home and jolleys near me =(

How about if I got her this
Cabins & Houses: great selection at zooplus: Corner Cabin for Small Pets (http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/small_pets/accessories/cabins/228485#more)

Then put the tubes just above this? That would lead to her second box?

It would take till next week but was thinking of using one of those wooden hut things :

as I could get a medium one tomorrow from p@h

or just get this
