I read that dog biscuits can be eaten by hamsters, but what about cat biscuits? Would they be OK too?

I give kitten biscuits occasionally, especially to Berry when she had the babies. Dog biscuits are particularly good because they help prevent overgrown teeth and the hamsters do seem to love them.

I have given cat biscuits too, but mine all seemed to prefer the dog biscuits for some strange reason?

We give the Purina kitten biscuits to babies or nursing mums. We also mix a handful in a bag of Harry hamster . You can give them dry or soaked for tiny babies. Dog biscuits are appreciated to gnaw. Either Bonio or Biscroc just check the salt comtent. Saly free are best.
