I bought a cage Crittertrail outpost or something like that and my hammy made a nest in one of the corners. Then I bought a wooden house for him and he made his nest in there after he saw it. But when I picked up the house to clean it I notice that one corner was soaked with his urine. Is this normal?

It is not unusual for hamsters to wee in the nest especially when they are new and young. Either he is using the nest box house as a potty or if he sleeps in there he considers it far enough away from the nest area to use as a toi;et. They seldom wee in the actual sleeping area. You could try giving a potty, a shallow tray or a jam jar and putting some of the wet stuff in it to attract him or wait and see if he works out a more suitable wee spot!
