My new hamster's neck, Sam, is some times wet. When she would clean herself, it dries but after a few, it wets again. And Ester recently develops the same and I think she got it from my new hamster.

Is it a sickness? What might be the cure for that?

Do your hamsters chew bars or the water bottle at all? This is often the cause of drooling. If they chew the water bottle it is best to use a bowl as the neck skin and mouth can get very sore and infected.
Another cause is malloccuded or overgrown teeth. The teeth in hamsters keep growing and if they do not meet properly they do not grind and wear each other down so the end up getting too long. Hamsters with this problem need clipping of the teeth every few weeks should never be bred from as it can be inherited.
Make sure you give hard things to chew on like chewsticks or very hard dog biscuits and see a vet if you are worried.

Thank you Souffle. Found out that it was because of their overgrown teeth. I went to the vet and asked to clip their teeth. The wetting stopped now. :D
