Heya all!
It has been a while since I posted anything due to work getting more and more busy.
However, I would like to treat you on some pictures of my boys, taken this morning since they were actually begging to be photographed.
Some changes have been made to the setup of the cage:
- Instead of woodshavings as bedding I now use Megazorb. And what a relief that is! No more going through all the bedding to pick out the woodsticks and sharp bits that could damage their pouches.
- Instead of 1 little house they now have mansion with several rooms to play in. Usually they use one for stacking food, 1 for sleeping and the upper one will be continuously full with shredded tissue. If they feel they need more tissue ''downstairs'', they go and get it from there.
- An underground tube. Just put 2 straight parts, connect some curved parts to each end and make them go upwards. Place it in the cage before adding the bedding and you're done. They love the little dark tube!
Enjoy!
