Using emojis on phone
If I am replying to a thread on my phone and insert an emoji they do not show up in the post. Has anybody else noticed this? I wonder what I am doing wrong.

No idea but just trying it out using an emoji from the selection to the right of this reply text box.

Yes but i didn't know that because i don't use them. Not that i can remember anyway.

Thanks Ria. I will just use the ones from my phone then. This site does not work very well on my phone. I think my phone screen is too small.

I don't think it's your phone. I've been having trouble posting for quite some time now and sometimes give up.
You may have noticed that sometimes i break the post up in individual posts.

continued...like now.
What happens is that i write a reply and suddenly the text breaks up or disappears. Then i have to start again and don't always have the time or, tbh, i get fed up.
I don't think its my phone because i don't seem to have the problem on other websites or apps.

The posting issue is certainly not our phones. Your idea of breaking up posts is smart as it stops your words being deleted. A few days ago I uploaded 4 pictures of Orkos cage and the post was lost. I could not be bothered to try again.
Actually, last week the site was down for hours.
