You can also make one youself like I did, using Adobe Photoshop or another editing/picture programme if you have access to one, and know how to use them. Otherwise, as the other users said you can ask someone to make one for you!

Yeah, didn't see that! Well it was a few months ago but I had noticed there was no sig in the post he made, so just thought I'd mention that just incase as nothing about making your own was mentioned in this thread, and it could help others too
