Password problems

Yesterday I came back after a long time away. I requested a reset, used it to log in, and changed my password - which was apparently accepted.

Next time I tried to go on - same problem and action.

This morning, still couldn't get on - tried the password I used yesterday - it worked, although I had changed it!

Any ideas?
