Hey Souffle, I believe the way Smoo has it set up is to show the newest latest threads. So each time there is a new thread, one of the "latest forum posts" gets pushed off. But while one thread is still going, if anyone respond to it, it should show the thread with the users avatar icon who just posted. So Souffle.. before you reply to this check the front page, you will notice my avatar replaced yours because I responded.
Now if someone started a new thread.. this one would be pushed down to second place on the front page. I hope that makes sense lol
